We are not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or licensed financial professional in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument.

All signals published by Evolving Alpha are identical for all subscribers simultaneously. We do not provide personalised investment advice or tailor signals to any individual's financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance.

3. Risk Warning

Past performance — whether backtested, paper-traded, or live — is not indicative of future results. Backtested results are hypothetical and self-reported. They have not been audited or verified by any independent third party.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions to Evolving Alpha are managed entirely by Collective2 (MEXEM LTD). All billing, payment processing, refunds, and subscription management are governed by Collective2's Terms of Service and handled by Collective2 directly.

Evolving Alpha receives a percentage of subscription fees from Collective2 in accordance with Collective2's strategy manager compensation structure. We have no direct billing relationship with subscribers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, and the strategy methodology — is the proprietary intellectual property of Evolving Alpha. The specific parameters, rules, and algorithms underlying the strategy are trade secrets and are not disclosed.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evolving Alpha and its strategy manager shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
